Rates: Small Businesses
Setup and support for offices with one to five workstations.
Basic network administration within a workgroup.
- Onsite Rate: $50 per hour
- Remote Administration Rate: $40 per hour
- Emergency After Hours Rate (10:00pm - 7:00am): $90 per hour
Rates: Medium to Large Businesses
Setup and support for offices with six or more workstations.
Advanced network and server administration within a workgroup or domain.
- Onsite Rate: $60 per hour
- Remote Administration Rate: $50 per hour
- Emergency After Hours Rate (10:00pm - 7:00am): $100 per hour
Flat rate contracts are available for any size project. Please call or email to request a quote.
* Minimum of 1 hour per incident for onsite labor.
* Minimum of ½ hour per incident for remote administration labor.
* Travel costs will be added to all onsite services. Mileage rates are determined by the Standard IRS Business Rates (found here).
